Zaftig Brewing Co., newly settled in a 6,500-square-foot facility at 7020 Huntley Road, is all about “full-bodied ales for a full-bodied experience.” Co-owners Jason Blevins and Jim Gokenbach produce craft beers inspired by their favorite beers and the industry-leading breweries they admire. The taproom is open Wednesday through Sunday.
