About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Apprentice to join our front-end team. You’ll work directly with Carlyn, the owner and CEO of Inkline Printing, who will guide your training and mentor you throughout your apprenticeship. You’ll also collaborate with our production team, led by our COO Connor, to ensure smooth order processing from start to finish.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn customer service, print shop operations, and small business systems in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

-- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

-- Use Printavo to create and manage quotes and orders

-- Track job status and communicate updates to customers

-- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timelines and customer needs are met

-- Learn our product options, pricing, and turnaround times

-- Help resolve customer issues with professionalism and care

Ideal Candidate

-- Communicates clearly, kindly, and professionally

-- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

-- Willing to learn new software (we use Printavo)

-- Interested in screen printing, customer service, or small business

-- Proficient in Google Tools (docs, sheets, gmail, calendar)

Bonus if you have:

-- Experience working with apparel

-- Experience working with customers in retail, food service, or another role

-- Experience using ChatGPT (or other AI software) as a tool

-- An eye for detail, color, or design
