MEET OUR SPEAKER: Jamie A. Greene, AIA, FAICP, is the founder and principal of Planning NEXT, a community planning practice based in central Ohio.
Jamie and his team are guiding the City of Worthington’s current comprehensive planning process, known as Worthington Together. Jamie has spent the past 28-plus years being inspired by the voices and values of the communities served by the firm. In addition to clients in central Ohio, Jamie has worked throughout the country on numerous award-winning comprehensive planning efforts in high performing suburban communities, including: Overland Park, KS; Cary, NC, Franklin, TN; and Loudoun County, VA. These efforts have integrated the business perspective into the larger considerations of what it takes to make an enduring community.
Jamie prioritizes helping his clients answer the question, “What’s next?” This means integrating strategic analysis of conditions and trends with community insights and values, both in service of implementation, moving from planning to doing.
