Description

Women's Business Network Luncheon - Profit, Resilience & Sustainable Growth in Today's Market

Join us for a powerful mid-day conversation designed for women business owners who want to grow with intention—even when the economy feels unpredictable.

At this interactive luncheon, we’ll hear from a dynamic panel of women entrepreneurs at different stages of business—newly launched, established, and long-standing—who will share how they’ve not only weathered uncertain times, but thrived.

Through real stories and practical insight, we’ll explore how women-led businesses can protect profitability, make confident decisions, and build sustainable growth without burnout.

Panel Moderator: Joann Labuda with The LaBuda Team - KW Capital Partners

Originally from Chicago, Jo-Anne relocated to Worthington with her family after several corporate transfers. She quickly immersed herself in volunteer activities with Worthington Schools, participating in Leadership Worthington and launching initiatives such as Partners for Citizenship and Character, Citizens for Quality Education, and chairing a School Levy campaign.

After two years, Jo-Anne achieved her long-held ambition of becoming a full-time Realtor. She began her career as a Solo agent and was among the first in Central Ohio to form a team. Jo-Anne worked diligently to advance in the industry with two local brokerages, and in 2002, she transitioned her team to Keller Williams Capital Partners in Worthington, where she became an owner. Today, KWCP boasts over 240 agents.

In addition to growing her own business, Jo-Anne served as Team Leader of the Brokerage and as Broker. For over 25 years, the LaBuda Team has consistently ranked in the upper 1% for production, both in Central Ohio and nationally.

Renowned for their straightforward approach, the LaBuda Team embodies the client value proposition of “Straight talk, Sound advice, and Superior service.”
