Doing Work That Matters

The secret to aligning what you love and what you do

The Women's Business Network, presented by FCBank, will celebrate National Small Business Month with our final WBN Luncheon of 2024. This luncheon will feature Karen Bailey, founder and chief strategist at Alignd on Purpose.

Registration closes one week before event. No refunds will be given after registration closes.

Discover how to bridge the gap between your passions and your work, unlocking a deeper sense of fulfillment and purpose in your career. Karen Bailey, founder and chief strategist at Alignd on Purpose, will discuss the personal and professional benefits of aligning what you love with what you do. This conversation is for anyone who wants to grow their business or career while doing more of the work that matters.

Together we will discuss how to:

  • Identify your core values and translate them into actionable business principles.
  • Become more fulfilled by integrating your personal mission with your professional goals.
  • Use your mission to boost employee engagement and customer loyalty.
