EmpowerHer: What’s Your Why? is an annual women’s conference presented by The Harding-Buller Foundation of Worthington in partnership with the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce. The conference is designed to inspire women—and those who support them—to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their purpose while prioritizing wellness, self-care, and community connection. Through engaging keynote speakers, interactive panel discussions, and wellness-focused breakout sessions, EmpowerHer creates a supportive environment where attendees explore what drives them personally and professionally. The conference emphasizes holistic well-being—mind, body, and soul—while encouraging authentic leadership, resilience, and growth. EmpowerHer serves women from Worthington, the Tri-Village area, and greater Central Ohio, bringing together community leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and advocates committed to creating positive change. Proceeds from the event support The Harding-Buller Foundation’s mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities through education, wellness, and inclusive programming.
